These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SKCS AI platform, websites, and related applications (the "Service"). By subscribing, purchasing access, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer, and other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
SKCS offers prediction and analytics content only. We do not provide gambling, wagering, or betting services. Our forecasts are statistical estimates of sports outcomes and are not guarantees of any result.
Age & Jurisdiction: You must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to access sports analytics in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you confirm that accessing prediction content is lawful where you reside and that you meet the age requirement.
Informational Use Only: SKCS does not facilitate bets or wagers. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the information provided. Our recommendations should not be construed as financial or betting advice.
Account Creation: To access subscription features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information (such as name, email, and payment details). You agree to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
SKCS uses a multi-stage AI pipeline to analyse data from third-party sports feeds and generate probability-based predictions. Our Service includes:
Fixtures that pass the primary validation pipeline may appear across multiple approved insight categories, including direct markets, secondary insights, double chance, and same bet builder structures. Duplicate restrictions apply only within ACCA compositions to reduce correlated exposure.
For publication controls, SKCS treats a calendar week as Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 SAST.
This approach ensures diversified coverage, improved stability, and stronger insight integrity across all supported sports while maintaining disciplined ACCA risk management.
Each output is accompanied by a confidence score and risk guidance. Because sports outcomes depend on real-world events beyond our control, the Service is provided on an informational basis with no assurance of accuracy or future performance.
SKCS offers time-limited access plans (e.g., 4-Day, 9-Day, 14-Day, 30-Day). The specific content quotas and prices for each plan are presented at checkout. All prices are listed in the currency specified at purchase and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Short-Term Passes (4-Day, 9-Day, 14-Day): These are one-off, non-renewing purchases. Access will automatically expire at the end of the purchased period. You will not be billed again unless you manually purchase a new pass.
Monthly Subscription (30-Day Plan): This plan will automatically renew at the end of each 30-day period unless cancelled beforehand. Renewal charges are billed to the payment method on file. You authorise us to charge this method for recurring fees. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your account settings or by emailing support. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle; you will continue to have access until then.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content and time-sensitive data, SKCS does not provide refunds or credit for unused periods once access to the Service has been granted. This approach aligns with Section 14(2)(c) of South Africa's Consumer Protection Act and Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which permit businesses to refuse pro-rata refunds for ongoing services when performance has begun.
Payments are processed through third-party providers. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise recurring charges until you cancel. You are responsible for any bank fees or charges arising from the transaction. Taxes may be added based on your billing location. If your jurisdiction requires the collection of value-added tax (VAT) or similar taxes, these will be included in the total price.
Subscriptions purchased after 11:00 SAST will officially commence at 00:00 SAST on the following calendar day to ensure subscribers receive their full daily allocation of premium insights. As a courtesy, users joining after 11:00 SAST will be granted a complimentary "Day Zero Pass," providing limited access to selected evening fixtures. The Day Zero Pass is a complimentary gift, limited to one per account lifetime, and does not deduct from or constitute part of your official paid tier allocation. We reserve the right to modify or withhold Day Zero Pass access to prevent system abuse.
Data Sources & Latency: Our predictions rely on external data feeds (fixtures, odds, injuries, weather, and other information). Although we monitor updates, there may be delays or inaccuracies beyond our control. You understand that AI models may produce probabilities that are subject to data latency, errors, or unexpected events, such as sudden injuries or weather changes.
No Guarantee of Success: SKCS makes no promise that any prediction or recommendation will result in a particular outcome. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that any sports-related decisions you make carry inherent risk, and you assume full responsibility for those decisions.
Not a Gambling Service: SKCS does not offer or facilitate betting. We do not accept wagers or interact with bookmakers. Our service is strictly informational.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations about the Service, whether express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
SKCS and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription period in which the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; these exclusions may not apply to you. However, SKCS' liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SKCS and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, mandatory provisions of the law of your home country may also apply. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights that cannot be waived.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Service or legal requirements. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on our website and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
